Two weeks ago I popped into Blum & Poe, and saw this amazing show!
Requiem for the Sun: The Art of Mono-ha is an exhibition of works of the postwar Japanese artistic movement Mono-ha (School of Things). It is such a beautiful show, I was blown away. I loved the simplicity of the raw materials, and how at times they were combined in such beautiful opposition to one another.
It is one of my favorite shows I have seen in LA in a long time.
If you have yet to see it, be sure to before it comes down on the 14th.
